Hi! I have been dealing with these yellow, oozing, crusty bumps for 5 years now. I have seen 4 derms and no one can actually diagnose it. All cultures come back negative. I’ve been doing my own research, which to be honest seems to occupy all my time as I am always praying to come across something and I found this forum. I’ve read through so many stories and I got my derm to prescribe soolantra. I’ve just started, literally tonight, and I’m worried about the initial phase but feeling very hopeful!
Do you have sinusitis or do you have mold in house.
@Karen I don’t have sinusitis, and I don’t think I have mold but I can’t say 100%.
Get yourself a bar of soap with 10% sulfur. Also the Body Shoppe’s tea tree face scrub
Soolantra will almost certainly be your solution. Give it a good 3-4 weeks though. Please let us know how you get on and if you have any questions. Wishing you all the best with it

Ivermectin. I tried everything but ivermectin thinking it was some chud advice. It worked.
I use One and Done on my face every night and it cleared my crusts and my acne.
Thank you everyone! It’s been a week since I started, I haven’t had a “huge” crust since but still some small ones, it did help that large one heal faster, I think. I am hoping for more improvements and going to stick with it.
